Shipping Time

U.S. orders average 3-5 business days. International orders usually take at least 8-10 business days.  Shipments outside of the U.S. may include a shipping surcharge.

Where does my order ship from?

Prolite proudly ships from New Berlin, Wisconsin, USA.

Can my order be delivered to a P.O. Box?

Yes, Prolite ships to P.O. Box addresses.

Can my order be delivered to an international address?

Yes, with some restrictions.  Please call 888-775-9615 or email us for assistance. Free shipping and flat rate shipping offers do not apply.  All duties and shipping fees are paid for by receiver.  All shipments are FOB New Berlin, WI.

Once I place my order, how quickly does it leave the Prolite warehouse?

Orders are processed for shipping Monday - Friday.  Orders that are placed on major holidays, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

Orders typically ship within 24-72 hours for in-stock items.

If an order is placed for an item that is out of stock, a Prolite Customer Service Representative will contact you immediately.  This may delay shipping time.

Shipping times may vary depending on shipping method.

What carrier is used to ship my order?

Prolite uses USPS as its standard carrier for all US deliveries.  UPS may be used at the discretion of Prolite.  Customers may inform us of any shipping method preferences.

Please note, signature service is not required with deliveries.  If you would like Prolite to require signature service, please contact us immediately at 888-775-9615, or you may include a note with your order at the time of submission.

How does my order qualify for Free Shipping?

All orders over $50.00 qualify for free shipping.

I need my order quickly, can I expedite my shipping?

Yes, you may select from a variety of shipping methods explained to you by a representative, but must phone us first and speak to our sales dept. at 888-775-9615.

Shipping fees for air service will vary depending upon the destination, package size/weight, and the selected service.

The receiver is responsible for all shipping fees that may apply when choosing air service.

Please note, orders can take 24-72 hours to leave our warehouse.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking.  If you included your email when placing your order, you will receive an email alerting you that your order has shipped and a link to track your package will be included.  Please add sales@prolitesports.com to your address book to ensure proper delivery of emails from Prolite.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.

New/Unused Paddles:  Within 30 days of purchase, you can return your new, unused paddle for a no-questions-asked full refund.

Used Paddles:  Within 30 days of purchase, if you test out your paddle before returning it, the paddle must be in "like new" condition to receive a full refund.  We understand that there may be some light wear from using the paddle, but there can not be any damage.  For both new and used paddle returns, we ask that you pay for all shipping costs associated with the return.

All our paddles are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects at the time of purchase.  Paddles that have been misused or abused are not eligible for refund/exchange.  We may ask for a photo depicting the paddle issue.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, your return must first be authorized by contacting our Customer Service Department at sales@prolitesports.com.  All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by our Customer Service Department.  Returns can take up to 7 business days to be inspected, processed and then refunded.  Paddles mailed back without an RMA number will not be processed.

Please Note

  • If you are returning a paddle, do NOT mark your paddle with identification, such as a name. We do not accept returns in this situation.  Other restrictions may apply.

  • Discontinued models are subject to our approval and may not qualify.
