Prolite Warranty
We proudly stand behind our paddles and bags by offering a 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty: We guarantee our products to be free from any abnormal defects in materials and workmanship within this period. Below, you'll find the details of our warranty policy, including limitations, how to file a claim, and important care guidelines to maximize the lifespan of your gear.
COVERAGE
Our 1 Year Warranty covers all defects in manufacturing and workmanship. It does not cover damages due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.
PADDLES & BAGS
1 Year Warranty on all paddles and bags from the date of purchase. We guarantee against any abnormal defect in workmanship and materials within this period. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to either have the defective product professionally repaired, or replaced with an equivalent product.
The 1 Year Warranty does not apply to warranty replacement paddles or bags. In some situations, we may require the paddle or bag to be shipped to us so that our team can properly evaluate the issue. We ask that you pay for all shipping costs related to the return. Prolite will cover the return or replacement shipping cost.
WHAT’S COVERED
- Material failure: Premature wear that impacts the product performance - under normal use conditions.
- Workmanship: Graphics or printing errors. Surface defects, delamination and other structural problems that are not the result of improper use.
WHAT’S NOT COVERED
- Non-Transferable: Warranty only valid to the original purchaser.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual deterioration due to regular use. Cosmetic issues that do not affect the product’s performance will not be covered. Paddle edge guards may eventually fail due to repeated ground strikes. Depending on the amount of use, grips will wear out and need replacing. Over time, rips, tears, stains, discoloration or fading from the sun can be typical with bags.
- Excluded: Products used in a rental, commercial, or teaching environment | Products purchased as demos, factory seconds or used condition | Non-Purchased products (donations, promotions or giveaways) | Warranty replacement products. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers (e.g. eBAY, Facebook, Craigslist, etc.).
- Modifications / Repairs: Any customer-initiated modifications or repairs to the surface or edge of the paddle.
- Proof of Purchase: No proof, claims will not be accepted - No Exceptions.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: For claims made from outside the Continental United States, all shipping charges and fees must be paid for by the claimant. Warranty returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by our Claims Department. Products mailed to Prolite without an RMA number will not be processed - NO EXCEPTIONS. If it is decided that Prolite will not cover your paddle or bag claim due to misuse, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or deemed not the fault of Prolite, we will provide the claimant with a one-time 25% off coupon code. |
HOW TO FILE A CLAIMIf you feel your product qualifies for a warranty claim, please follow these steps. 1. Take Video or Photos: Capture clear closeup video or photos of the issue [ example ]. Without video or photos, the claim will be denied. 2. Gather Your Order Details: Your Prolite order number. If purchased from one of our authorized vendors, your purchase date and proof of purchase. 3. Submit a Claim: Fill out our Warranty Claim Form. 4. Review & Resolution: Our team will review your claim within 5 business days and provide a resolution. |
