Prolite Warranty

ITEMS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:

  • Commercial use
  • Cosmetic issues
  • Paddles and bags purchased in used condition
  • Non-Purchased paddles or bags (promotions or giveaways)
  • Any customer-initiated modifications to the surface or edge of the paddle

PADDLES

1 Year Manufacturer Limited Warranty on all paddles from date of purchase. We guarantee against any abnormal defect in workmanship and materials within this period.  At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to either have the defective paddle professionally repaired, or replaced with an equivalent product at no cost to you.  The 1-Year Warranty does not apply to warranty replacement paddles.  If it is decided that Prolite will not cover your paddle due to negligence, normal wear, or deemed not the fault of Prolite, we will provide the customer with a one-time 25% off coupon code.

THIS WARRANTY COMMITMENT FOR PADDLES DOES NOT COVER CLAIM CONDITIONS SUCH AS:

  1. Damage or defects caused by impact with any materials or objects (ground, other paddles, net systems, etc. - if there are scuffs, scrapes and scratches on the edge guard, the paddle has hit the ground)
  2. Chips, fractures, cracks or separation of the edge guard due to a result of impact with any object(s) other than a ball.  This includes chips to the tops and sides of edgeless paddles See example
  3. Damage or defects caused by paddle dents also known as paddle dings
  4. Damage due to falling on the paddle
  5. Damage or defects caused by use outside of it’s intended purpose
  6. Damage due to normal wear and tear or natural fading of graphics
  7. Improper installation of a replacement grip
  8. Paddles used in a rental, commercial, or teaching environment

BAGS

1 Year Manufacturer Limited Warranty on all bags from date of purchase.  We guarantee against any abnormal defect in workmanship and materials within this period.  At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to either have the defective bag professionally repaired, or replaced with an equivalent product at no cost to you other than shipping the defective bag to us.  If it is decided that Prolite will not cover your bag due to negligence, normal wear, or deemed not the fault of Prolite, we will provide the customer with a one-time 25% off coupon code.

THIS WARRANTY COMMITMENT FOR BAGS DOES NOT COVER CLAIM CONDITIONS SUCH AS:
  1. Fading
  2. Tears, rips or holes caused by collision or abuse
  3. Zipper damage caused by misuse or improper care and maintenance
  4. Damage due to normal wear and tear

FILING A WARRANTY CLAIM

To file a warranty claim please fill out THIS FORM and submit it to us.  If the product was purchased from a vendor other than Prolite, you must also have proof of purchase, outlining the date of purchase, type of product and where the product was purchased from.

Please complete the claim form in its entirety and be sure to include detailed photos – without closeup, detailed photos, the claim will automatically be denied.  

Once we receive your claim, our Claims Department will reach out within three (3) Business days with a resolution.  Let us know if you have any questions and contact us at sales@prolitesports.com.

Please note, the defective product must be located in the Continental United States or shipping charges may not be covered by the warranty and must be paid for by the claimant.

* All warranty returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by our Claims Department.  Paddles mailed to Prolite without an RMA number will not be processed.
